calling all superheroes

I’m going to let you in on a little secret here—something you probably don’t know.

You have a SUPERPOWER.

Yep, a superpower…Like hulk’s strength or flash’s speed.

Your superpower? GRATITUDE

We have the innate capacity to make another human being feel good through the simplest acts of expressing gratitude.

By choosing to make someone else feel good, you feel even better. It’s that simple.

Good news – you can’t use up gratitude. The more you use, the more you have.

Oh, and don’t worry – you don’t need to get bit by a radioactive spider or fall into a vat of toxic waste.

The superpower of gratitude is simply a choice

When you choose to express gratitude towards another person, it not only makes him or her feel appreciated, worthy, loved, and valued but also leaves you feeling GOOD knowing that YOU made that happen. Powerful stuff, eh?

Ready to activate your power right now? Send a “gratitext.”

1) Scroll through your contact list and stop at the first person that you haven’t talked to in a while, or have fallen out of touch with.
2) Text him/her with the simple message letting them know that you’re thinking of them, and that you’re grateful they’re in your life.
3) Wait for that response telling you that your timing couldn’t be better, and that you made their day.
4) Rinse and repeat tomorrow

The smallest act goes the farthest way. Time to save the world.

Up up and away,

Joshua
