Faith, intuition, spirit, and the intelligence of the body
Learning to trust what the body already knows, long before the mind catches up. I teach breathwork and cold immersion, lead retreats and workshops from Iceland to my hometown of San Diego, and wrote a book about what happens when you follow the signal instead of the plan.
Building businesses and backing founders
I like building things, and I like helping founders build theirs. Right now that’s ARK Partners, a growth marketing agency for consumer brands, where we find the message a brand’s customers actually respond to and build it across every channel they sell through. Before that I co-founded Edge Theory Labs and grew it from a garage prototype into a $20M+ business in under three years.
Bringing people together
The best things in my life came out of rooms full of people who were looking for each other. I host the Find The Others podcast and group chat, co-founded Coastal Tribe, and put on gatherings designed to turn strangers into friends. Friendpower is stronger than willpower.
I'm a Moroccan-American Jewish kid from San Diego with the last name Church. I followed cosmic breadcrumbs instead of a plan, and they led me to co-found a $20M+ company, write a book, finish an Ironman, land on Forbes 30 Under 30, and make the EY Entrepreneur of the Year finals. These days I'm building at the intersection of business and inner work: co-founding a growth marketing agency, hosting a podcast, writing, and building community. I believe the most powerful thing you can learn is how to listen—to your body, to something greater than yourself, and to each other.
