I'm an author, podcast host, and Founder Mechanic—but mostly I'm a perpetual student of life, and someone who believes the way we run ourselves determines everything else.
A few years ago I co-founded Edge Theory Labs. We scaled it to $20M in under three years. Forbes 30 Under 30, Shark Tank, EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, the whole thing. Then we had to shut it down. That experience—the building, the breaking, and everything in between—taught me that how we play the inner game is everything.
In a world being reshaped by AI, where the pace keeps accelerating and the old playbooks no longer work, I keep returning to one question: what does it mean to operate well as a human? How do we strive for big things without sacrificing our peace? I explore this through Find the Others, a podcast about the science of achievement and the art of fulfillment. Through Cosmic Breadcrumbs, a book where I poured my heart out on the pages of my journey.
