here & now

I’m a student, teacher, and storyteller of life on purpose.

I like to consider myself an Operations Specialist. I love helping people solve problems – whether in their life or business – so they can reach the next level.

Through my diverse travels and experiences, I seek to capture gems of timeless wisdom and combine it with timely knowledge to share practical messages that allow others to live with more purpose, joy, and gratitude.

My photography and writing have been published in a number of major media outlets and I’ve shared my stories on many stages including TEDx, Fortune 100 companies, and schools and universities around the world and gained recognition by Forbes by being named to the 30 Under 30 List for 2024.

I’m fascinated in exploring the link between everyday life and transcendent possibility, and how we can make daily life the most spiritual practice of all.

I love Sunday morning writing highs featuring black coffee and my favorite pen almost as much as I love laughing with my friends until we cry.

student-teacher philosophy

I like to consider myself a professional student-teacher. I learn from life’s various adventures and experiences, apply the lessons to my daily life and business, and then teach others how to optimize their own potential. Learn. Integrate. Teach. Learn. Integrate. Teach.

my favorite life highs

(in no particular order)

  1. The moment when the runner’s high kicks in

  2. Crying from hysterical laughter with friends to the point legitimate pain

  3. Sunday morning writing flows featuring black coffee and my favorite pen

  4. The moment when the dots connect and you realize how something that seemingly happened “to” you really happened “for” you

  5. The feeling when thoughts become things

  6. Adventurous moments that stop you in your tracks, rock you with awe, and leave you filled with gratitude for the gift of being alive

  7. Singing “shalom alechem” around the Shabbat dinner table with friends and family after turning my phone off for a 24 hour digital detox.

  8. The boomerang effect from expressing gratitude and giving to those in need

  9. Burying myself into the warm sand after getting absolutely rocked by the ocean

  10. The passion in someone’s eye when you uncover the thing they’ve been waiting for you to ask the whole time.
