Sam is a professional speaker, author, entrepreneur, and alignment coach helping guide people to heal from the sh*t they're scared to talk about.

He has an absolutely incredible story which you’ll hear...After giving himself cancer from drinking twice, nearly dying in a crazy accident falling out of a window, and going in and out of rehab 5 times, he finally came to a decision that he was going to change and has never looked back.

In his recent TED talk “Why You Need to Stop Settling For Hope,” he discusses how “hope” can trap people in a cycle of stories and excuses, and what we need to do to escape that cycle and gain the freedom to be ourselves.

We talked all about this idea of settling for hope, discipline and self love, toxic positivity, and much much more.
