Anna is a movement artist and wellness educator, and passionately believes that the body is a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. She received her B.A. from UCLA, where she conducted applied research in dance, psychology and education. She has since collaborated with Julianne Hough, Tony Robbins, and other innovative, influential figures on a mission to support peoples well-being through therapeutic practices of somatic movement, mind-body integration and emotional healing.

We talked all about her background in dance and how it led her to integrate the healing component. She shared an epic story of how she got involved in her current project, KINRGY, which is a whole-self wellness platform designed to support your mental, physical and emotional health.
